01. General Conditions
By using the ACE DEUCE website and buying our garments, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion. The materials and structural designs presented on this site are the exclusive property of ACE DEUCE.
02. Product Specifications & Variances
Due to the industrial nature of our textiles and custom hardware milling, slight variances in texture, color, and finish may occur between production batches. These are not defects, but inherent characteristics of the raw materials we utilize. All sizing specifications provided in the fit guide are approximate within a standard engineering tolerance.
03. Orders & Fulfilment
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. ACE DEUCE reserves the right to cancel any order if inventory is compromised, or if fraudulent activity is flagged by our payment gateways. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
04. Returns & Exchanges
Clients may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the garment remains in unworn, unwashed condition with all original hardware and tags attached. Return logistics are the responsibility of the client unless a structural defect is verified by our studio.
05. Intellectual Property
All imagery, technical copy, architectural layouts, and physical garment designs displayed on this platform are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our products is strictly prohibited.
