We currently ship to addresses within India. Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation and typically arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. There are no additional charges at checkout.
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at TODO: support@your-domain.com with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be returned as described below. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or a payment is flagged as fraudulent; in that case a full refund is issued.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed and has all original hardware and tags attached. To start a return, email TODO: support@your-domain.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) and are typically credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
