ACE DEUCE ("we", "our", "us") respects the privacy of our clients. We collect personal data only to process your orders, deliver them, and manage your account. This includes your name, shipping address, email address and mobile number. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive only a transaction reference and payment method type, never your card, UPI or bank credentials.
The data transmitted to our servers is utilized strictly for operational fulfillment. We do not aggregate client data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell your purchasing history to external entities. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the store: our payment processor (Razorpay), hosting and database providers, email delivery and courier partners. Your email address is used only for order status updates and, if opted-in, occasional emails regarding new collections.
Our platform utilizes secure, encrypted session tokens (cookies) to remember your cart and keep you signed in. You can set your browser to block cookies; however, some parts of the site, such as checkout, may not work properly.
All financial transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. ACE DEUCE does not store raw credit card data on our internal servers. Client profiles are secured using standard cryptographic hashing protocols.
Under applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request a copy of your personal data, its correction, or the deletion of your profile and historical data (subject to records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes).
